About the role
The Strategic Learning Business Consultant will partner with business and HR leaders to design and implement learning initiatives, shape learning strategy, and facilitate training programs across the enterprise.
What you’ll do
Partner with key business and HR leaders to design and implement learning initiatives
Shape and deliver the learning and development strategy
Facilitate and lead training/workshops in person and virtually
Collaborate with other L&D professionals to drive efficiencies and share best practices
Apply expertise in adult learning to shape learning strategy and products
Manage ambiguity and lead change in a matrixed environment
What you’ll need
Bachelors Degree
At least 3 years of client facing consulting experience
At least 2 years of learning and development experience
At least 1 year of project management experience
5+ years of experience advising and influencing leadership
Familiarity with change management
