What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
2-3+ years of relevant SaaS implementation experience
Experience working with or in law enforcement
Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management
Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking and ability to make tradeoff assessments
Self-starter who thrives with problem-solving and embraces ambiguity
