About the role
Intelerad is seeking a Product Owner for the Cloud and Platform team to own and prioritize the Universal Gateway backlog, ensuring reliable cloud healthcare integration for DICOM and HL7. The role connects product strategy with engineering delivery and collaborates with platform engineering, SRE, Hosting, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Own and prioritize the Universal Gateway backlog
Connect product strategy with engineering delivery
Ensure reliable cloud healthcare integration for DICOM studies and HL7 messages
Partner with platform engineering, SRE, Hosting, and cross-functional stakeholders
Lead technical discussions on feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs
Define requirements and validate quality for DICOM and HL7 interfaces
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience
4+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or integration/interface engineer, including at least 2 years on platform, infrastructure, or integration products
Working knowledge of agile/scrum and hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
Hands-on working knowledge of DICOM (DIMSE/DICOMweb) and HL7 v2 (ADT/ORM/ORU), demonstrated in production interfaces
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, infrastructure-as-code, networking, observability, and Linux-based multi-region services
Experience with medical imaging systems or integration engines, plus defining SLAs/RTO/RPO and working within healthcare security and privacy obligations
