About the role
Tandym Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager for an entertainment organization's TVE backend platform. The role involves owning the platform roadmap, translating cross-functional needs into requirements, coordinating engineering and partner teams, and leading migration and operational-readiness efforts.
What you’ll do
Manage the TVE backend platform roadmap and delivery
Translate cross-functional needs into testable requirements and delivery plans
Coordinate engineering and partner teams across workstreams
Lead migration and operational-readiness planning, including parallel runs, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning
What you’ll need
3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar delivering complex backend/platform products
Experience with APIs, services, integrations, data flows, cloud environments, and system architecture
Experience managing vendor-delivered capabilities and defining ownership boundaries
Strong understanding of platform reliability, observability, security, privacy, performance, and scalability
Experience planning complex migrations or platform transitions
Experience with OTT/TV Everywhere, streaming media, CMS, DRM, SSAI/DAI, AWS, CDN, and API gateways
