About the role
Juniper Square seeks a Senior Benefits Manager to own global benefits and leave administration, employee perks and recognition programs, compliance, and payroll inputs while supporting the Total Rewards function. The role partners with Finance, Payroll, People Business Partners, brokers, and carriers for a remote, distributed U.S.-based workforce.
What you’ll do
Own benefits and leave administration for a global, distributed workforce
Manage employee perks and recognition programs
Ensure benefits compliance and accurate payroll inputs
Partner with Finance, Payroll, People Business Partners, brokers, and carriers
Support the Total Rewards function
What you’ll need
7+ years of benefits experience, ideally in SaaS or technology across multiple geographies
Deep expertise in benefits administration, leave management, and benefits compliance including ACA, 5500, and non-discrimination testing
Hands-on experience managing carrier and broker relationships, EDI files, and enrollment platforms
Strong project management skills with end-to-end delivery on deadlines
Strong operational rigor and clean, audit-ready data under recurring deadlines
Familiarity with pre-payroll preparation and the benefits, leave, and payroll interface
