About the role
Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 & Cloud Engineer to improve and support its Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, cloud, and security environments while leading technical projects, advancing automation, and exploring responsible AI applications.
What you’ll do
Lead technical projects across Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
Support and improve identity, endpoint, cloud, and security environments
Solve complex technical problems
Advance automation through PowerShell scripting and modern tooling
Explore responsible AI applications across the organization
Support backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and cloud migration initiatives
What you’ll need
5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and/or engineering experience
Strong technical knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory
Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid identity and infrastructure environments
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience with Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, modern authentication, AWS, backup/disaster recovery, security hardening, and cloud migration
Experience using AI tools in a professional environment; Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/related field or equivalent experience; thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership
