About the role

What you’ll do

• Build the operating system for responsible AI use, adoption, and commercialization across products
• Own measurement, value tracking, portfolio governance, cost visibility, and operating cadence
• Lead the product operations team
• Partner with Finance, business units, and cross-functional leaders
• Establish governance, decision rights, and accountability mechanisms that teams follow

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy and operations, technical program management, or product management in a SaaS/technology company, with at least 3 years at senior or director level
• Track record building KPI and measurement frameworks connecting product or delivery data to business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and revenue
• Experience working with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing, packaging, launch, or go-to-market performance
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership and influencing without direct authority
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe and hands-on fluency with Jira, product analytics, BI, and data integration
• Strong written and verbal communication, team-building experience including hiring and coaching, and legal authorization to work in the country where the role is advertised
