About the role

What you’ll need
7+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on ownership of production systems
3+ years at Senior Engineer level or above, with at least half of recent management time spent hands-on in code
3+ years of engineering management directly managing 4+ engineers, including hiring and performance reviews
5+ years of Java experience including web frameworks, with production Java written within the last 12 months
2+ years running Scrum ceremonies as Scrum Master or the accountable equivalent
Production Linux experience, ideally Ubuntu; payments or B2B SaaS experience; PCI DSS regulated environment experience; BS in Computer Science or equivalent senior-level track record
