About the role
EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to help clients design and implement SAP application security and GRC processes, while leading complex transformation projects and teams. The role requires deep SAP Security and GRC Access Control expertise, significant client travel, and relevant certifications.
What you’ll do
Design and implement SAP application security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes
Manage complex transformation projects
Serve as a trusted business advisor
Lead teams
Address audit and compliance issues
Develop client relationships and identify business development opportunities
What you’ll need
6+ years of experience in an SAP Security and GRC lead role
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP applications: S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM, and SuccessFactors
Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience with IAM tools integration (Saviynt, SailPoint, SAP IAG)
Experience designing SOD and Critical Actions review processes and risk frameworks
Strong project management, team management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Willingness to travel 80%; valid US driver's license and passport; industry certification required or obtain within 1 year
