About the role
Brain Co. is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to own complex government AI engagements from discovery through production adoption, while developing the team and scaling deployment practices. What you’ll do
Own complex government engagements from discovery through production adoption and expansion
Develop the team and practices that scale deployments
Turn field evidence into product capabilities
Manage both team and client relationships simultaneously
Deliver hard messages early and constructively
Pressure-test delivery plans with engineers
What you’ll need
7+ years leading complex, senior-stakeholder client programs
Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML or complex technical products from ambiguity to production adoption
Technical fluency in AI/ML and enterprise systems
Senior-client leadership with executives and public-sector officials
Public-sector delivery experience and familiarity with government procurement and security reviews
Experience hiring and managing delivery teams
