What you’ll do
Own go-to-market recruiting from intake through signed offer
Source and hire sales, customer success, and partnerships talent
Run a fair, fast, and efficient recruiting process
Close candidates effectively
What you’ll need
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, especially for quota-carrying sales roles in B2B SaaS
Track record with measurable outcomes (hires per quarter, offer acceptance, ramp)
Most recent hires sourced directly by you, not from inbound
Ability to assess sales CVs (attainment, deal size, territory, book)
Fluency with Ashby or similar ATS and real use of AI in workflow
Experience hiring AEs for legal, procurement, or regulated buyers (preferred)
