What you’ll do

• Lead product strategy and execution for datacenter products and power solutions
• Develop products for AI, high-performance computing, and datacenter markets
• Drive products from concept through mass production
• Lead and empower multi-functional teams on sophisticated system, hardware, and software integration challenges
• Collaborate with suppliers, development partners, and customers through product definition and production
• Multi-task and drive complex programs

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5 years of leadership experience in the industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Clear understanding of technical and logistical challenges for industry-leading power solutions or server platforms
• Ability to empower and lead a multi-functional team to tackle System/HW/SW integration challenges
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, development partners, and customers from product definition through mass production
