What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end customer engagement and service delivery for SAP cloud solutions
Build and maintain customer relationships
Guide cloud adoption for SAP solutions
Support renewals and commercial growth
Coordinate cross-functional teams
De-escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll need
6+ years managing and delivering SAP consulting, hosting, support, or operations projects
5+ years of SAP Basis and/or infrastructure operations or development experience
Hands-on expertise with SAP cloud solutions including HEC and S/4HANA
Experience delivering SAP Enterprise Cloud or on-premises solutions
Understanding of SAP's cloud ERP offerings (Cloud ERP Private / RISE with SAP)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
