What you’ll do
Lead a team responsible for subscriptions, redemptions, fund shareholder transactions, and client account activity
Partner on portfolio transitions, fund launches, operational transformation, and scalable client-centric solutions
Build and lead high-performing teams with direct management of up to 10 associates
Translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes while leading through change
Build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across a global organization
Drive innovation and transform technology, data, and operational expertise into operational advantage
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
8+ years in investment operations, asset management, fund accounting, or financial services operations
5+ years of direct people leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
Experience with transfer agencies, custodian banks, fund shareholder transactions, or client account operations
Experience leading operational transformation, process modernization, or technology-enabled change
