What you’ll do
Own delivery and operations of the AI Transformation Community of Practice

Manage program governance, integrated planning, and risk/dependency management
Manage program budget with finance partner, including forecasting and spend-risk reporting
What you’ll need
8+ years in senior-audience program, forum, or transformation delivery in a complex enterprise
Experience owning executive audience operating cadence and post-event knowledge capture
Experience with program governance, integrated planning, and risk/dependency management
Experience preparing decision-ready materials for business heads and senior executives
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and a point of view on enterprise AI transformation
Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders across HR, strategy, finance, events, and business partners
