What you’ll do
Set technical direction for the Identity Graph platform
Build systems that link identity signals
Support real-time trust and fraud decisions
Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across engineering, data science, product, and security
Own systems end to end in production, including being on call
Mentor engineers and influence system direction through design docs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
7+ years building and running distributed systems in the cloud, with at least 2 at Staff or Senior Staff scope
Production-scale experience with quantified improvements to latency, reliability, or cost
Deep Spark, Kafka, or Flink experience in batch and streaming, including production debugging
Experience with low-latency APIs, graph/entity resolution, and identity graph modeling
Cloud and operations fluency (AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability) plus ML pipelines with Databricks/SageMaker and Airflow
