What you’ll do
Shape technical vision and architecture across the engineering organization
Lead complex system design and delivery for digital pharmacy, fulfillment, and patient care platforms
Support scalability, security, reliability, and healthcare compliance
Drive technical initiatives across multiple teams
Design and implement complex distributed systems
Establish automated deployment pipelines
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in software engineering and systems design
3+ years operating at a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior architectural level
Experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput, and highly available B2B SaaS or transactional systems
Deep, hands-on expertise in AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Exceptional communication skills and a strong bias for action
