About the role
Early Warning seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for its Paze product to improve the reliability, resilience, scalability, and operational health of production services. The role partners with engineering teams to embed reliability, observability, performance, and operational readiness across the systems lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Improve reliability, resilience, scalability, and operational health of production services
Partner with software engineering and technology teams
Engineer reliability, observability, recoverability, performance, and operational readiness
Create reusable automation, tooling, platforms, and practices
Develop, deploy, and operate highly available production systems
Perform capacity management, resilience testing, and disaster recovery
What you’ll need
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Typically 5–8 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with software development or scripting using modern languages
Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and observability
Experience with SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management
