About the role
Design and develop Wi-Fi radio firmware and drivers for wireless connectivity products, tackling hardware bring-up, debugging, and cross-team collaboration with RF hardware teams.
What you’ll do
Develop and support Wi-Fi radio firmware and driver software
Perform hardware bring-up and debugging across hardware/software boundary
Collaborate with RF hardware engineers, customers, and program managers
Manage multiple concurrent programs in a globally distributed team
Drive issues to true root cause with persistence and rigor
Coordinate with teams in USA and Taiwan
What you’ll need
Strong proficiency in C for embedded, memory-constrained, real-time systems
Solid understanding of processor architecture and memory management
Proven debugging skills using JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers
Ability to read schematics and datasheets
5+ years of embedded software/firmware development experience
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Jira
