About the role

What you’ll do
Architect ServiceNow solutions for healthcare customers
Align platform capabilities with enterprise priorities and compliance needs
Provide technical leadership across customer engagements
Assign estimates for stories, defects, and documentation
Coach resources on technical development and configuration
Support growth of the ServiceNow practice
What you’ll need
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
ServiceNow CSA or CAD plus two completed CIS certifications
Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (APM) and CSDM
10 years of client-facing business transformation experience
Advanced JavaScript and web technologies (XML, HTML, AngularJS, RESTful Web Services)
Strong data migration, compliance, and healthcare audit understanding
