About the role
Boreal Education is hiring an Associate Director to build and own revenue and sales operations, including the systems, data, reporting, and processes supporting the learner journey. This remote role requires deep Salesforce and data skills, plus experience leading complex projects in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
What you’ll do
Build and own revenue and sales operations, including systems, data, reporting, and processes
Support the learner journey and Boreal's growth through operations
Lead complex projects end to end
Build KPI frameworks and dashboards
Manage technology vendors to service levels
Drive change through roadmaps, release notes, training, and documentation
What you’ll need
6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or business systems, including leading complex projects end to end
Deep hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot, including reports, dashboards, flows, and data model design
Track record of building KPI frameworks and dashboards
Strong data skills including spreadsheets, SQL, and business intelligence tools
Experience managing technology vendors to service levels and leading change through roadmaps, release notes, training, and documentation
Working knowledge of Canadian privacy and anti-spam requirements (PIPEDA, CASL)
