About the role
Overland AI is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer to build internal platforms, libraries, and tooling that help engineering teams move faster and operate reliably, while strengthening observability, security, CI/CD, and service deployment across AI, robotics, and backend systems.

What you’ll need
6+ years in software, platform, backend, developer experience, DevOps, or related disciplines
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, C++, or similar, with production software and internal tooling experience
Deep knowledge of backend systems, databases, distributed systems, observability, and service architectures
Experience with logging, metrics, and tracing via DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps practices
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
