About the role
WelbeHealth seeks a Director to lead IT portfolio and delivery, ensuring effective governance, planning, and execution of enterprise technology initiatives.
What you’ll do
Lead enterprise technology portfolio planning, governance, and delivery
Translate organizational priorities into an integrated technology roadmap
Strengthen delivery practices across technology functions
Support informed decisions on prioritization, resources, funding, and risk
Establish or mature portfolio governance and delivery management office
Define operating metrics and build executive reporting
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in technology portfolio, program, project, or delivery leadership
2 years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience with technology capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience establishing or maturing portfolio governance, PMO, or center-of-excellence
Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
