What you’ll do
Lead a team managing a sub-portfolio of Microbial Solutions offerings
Translate portfolio direction into strategy and roadmaps
Oversee lifecycle management and product launches
Partner cross-functionally to drive growth and customer outcomes in regulated environments
Manage and mentor product managers and/or teams
Collaborate effectively with QA/RA and Operations
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
7–10+ years of progressive product management or adjacent experience in life sciences/pharma
At least 2 years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading product managers and/or teams
Proven track record managing scientific/technical products in regulated environments
Strong familiarity with GxP expectations and ability to partner with QA/RA and Operations
Strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
