About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Executive Sourcer to identify and engage senior revenue leaders for its Go-to-Market organization. The role focuses on market mapping, executive search strategy, and building diverse candidate slates, with a remote-friendly work persona.

What you’ll do

Partner with executive recruiters and GTM hiring leaders to define search strategy
Build and maintain market maps and competitive org charts
Identify, engage, and qualify Senior Director+ GTM leaders
Deliver calibrated talent slates with candidate assessments
Use market data and compensation benchmarks to advise hiring leaders
Manage multiple concurrent executive searches

What you’ll need

Current executive sourcing experience at Senior Director+ level
3+ years sourcing GTM/Sales leadership in enterprise software, AI, cybersecurity, or cloud
Fluency in GTM metrics and sales leader track record assessment
Understanding of GTM compensation structures
Deep knowledge of enterprise GTM talent landscape
Proven ability to build market maps and diverse executive slates
