About the role
Braze is hiring an AI Architect to help enterprise customers adopt BrazeAI by identifying high-value use cases and guiding them through hands-on workshops and enablement to launch AI and agentic marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do
Deliver workshops, diagnostics, and accelerators for AI and agentic use cases
Advise customers on marketing strategies and BrazeAI applications
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to improve customer outcomes
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
Help customers activate their first AI and agentic use cases
What you’ll need
4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions consulting, sales engineering, or marketing technology consulting
Experience running workshops, hackathons, enablement programs, or embedded consulting engagements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Understanding of generative AI and agents in marketing, including prompt design, guardrails, evaluation, testing, and optimization
Experience with MCP, LLM tooling, or building skills/templates for AI assistants
Hands-on experience with Agent Console, Operator, Decisioning Studio, or Content Optimizer
