About the role
Develop and maintain a production voice-payment IVA built on Amazon Lex V2 and AWS Lambda using Go, improving conversational flows and caller experience for enterprise contact centers.
What you’ll do
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize production voice-payment IVA
Improve conversational flows and caller experience
Develop and troubleshoot AWS Lambda functions and backend service integrations
Independently investigate technical problems and deliver tested improvements
Optimize voice-payment flows including call completion, speech recognition, latency, and error recovery
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience developing production voice IVR/IVA applications with Amazon Lex V2
Practical experience with conversational design, intents, slots, prompts, input validation, error handling, and Lambda integrations
Ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify production Go code
Experience with both speech-based and DTMF telephone interactions
Experience developing and troubleshooting AWS Lambda functions and backend service integrations
Clear written communication and comfort working with a small remote engineering team
