About the role
A senior consultant role leading production support and configuration for InfoLease and Rapport within asset finance. The position bridges business and IT teams, manages support staff, and drives incident, testing, and enhancement processes.
What you’ll do
Lead production support and ongoing development/configuration of InfoLease and Rapport
Bridge asset finance business stakeholders with IT and engineering teams
Manage a matrixed, geographically dispersed team and act as escalation point
Set and monitor SLAs/KPIs and ensure incident, problem, and change management processes are followed
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Coordinate UAT, requirements gathering, and sign-off cycles between business SMEs and IT/development
What you’ll need
10+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance
5+ years supporting or configuring InfoLease and/or Rapport
2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or people-management capacity
Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data investigation
Experience overseeing testing practices, regression, and UAT coordination
Familiarity with adjacent systems such as Stucky, GL, and Fed reporting
