About the role

What you’ll do
Assess existing workflows and applications
Define future-state functionality
Develop requirements and design artifacts
Support systems for operations, investigations, incident management, quality management, and legal business units
Lead discovery and solution design sessions with stakeholders
Evaluate design alternatives through development, testing, and implementation
What you’ll need
5+ years of progressively responsible Business Analyst experience
3+ years directly responsible for functional application design or redesign
Experience assessing legacy applications and defining future-state functionality
Participation in at least two substantial application implementations or modernization efforts
Experience translating policies and regulations into implementable requirements
Strong SDLC knowledge and practical Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery experience
