What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical certification
5+ years of progressive clinical, audit, or compliance experience (or HS diploma/GED and 7 years)
Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations
Strong understanding of risk analysis and process improvement
Superior computer skills including MS Office and SharePoint
Audit planning, execution, and reporting leadership
