What you’ll need
1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on diversity hiring preferred

Familiarity with recruitment strategies, diversity recruitment, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
