5+ years in SRE, production engineering, or equivalent with on-call responsibility
Proven experience running or improving incident response in distributed systems
Deep hands-on experience with Datadog dashboards, monitors, and instrumentation
Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and error budget policies
Strong understanding of Linux, networking, distributed systems, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure
Proficiency in Go or Python and IaC concepts like Terraform
