About the role
Purple Drive Technologies seeks a Senior Pricing & Rating Analyst to support pricing and rating work for property and casualty insurance products. The role configures rates across pricing platforms and translates legacy system logic and actuarial specifications into functional stories in agile environments.
What you’ll do
Configure rates and inputs in Earnix, Ratabase, and Radar pricing platforms
Analyze legacy systems and requirements for P&C insurance rating
Translate actuarial specifications into functional specifications around the Policy Admin system
Write user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA for agile delivery
Coordinate with pricing, underwriting, predictive modeling, and technology teams
Identify data dependencies, model integration, and downstream impacts
What you’ll need
5-10 years of experience
Hands-on experience with Ratabase, Radar, and Earnix pricing platforms
Strong Python skills with PySpark, NumPy, and pandas
Working knowledge of rating platforms integrated with Policy Admin systems
Experience with JIRA, JWM, or Rally in agile environments
P&C insurance domain knowledge, preferably in Auto domain
