About the role
Jupiter Power is hiring a contract Real Estate Paralegal to join its Legal team in Austin on a hybrid basis, supporting real estate document management, title and survey diligence, recordings, and legal research for grid-scale energy storage projects.
What you’ll do
Review and manage real estate documents
Conduct title and survey due diligence
Handle recordings
Perform related legal research
Support project development, financing, and operations
Assist the Legal team on real estate matters
What you’ll need
Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years supporting attorneys or legal professionals
Preferably experience in real estate law
Strong attention to detail, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document-management platforms
Ability to comply with confidentiality, data-security, records-management, and conflicts-of-interest requirements
Authorization to provide services in the United States for the duration of the engagement
