What you’ll do
Own and improve the new-hire onboarding experience from offer acceptance through Day 90
Support employee engagement and talent operations initiatives
Support recruiting activities and coordination
Manage multiple new hires through different stages of onboarding simultaneously
What you’ll need
2+ years in onboarding, HR, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or people operations
Manages multiple employees/candidates through structured process stages simultaneously
Strong organizational skills to manage 15–20 new hires at different onboarding stages
Excellent written and verbal communication and white-glove employee experience
Comfortable owning processes end-to-end; interest in employee engagement and retention
Experience with ATS/HRIS and tools like ClickUp (Teamtailor/Rippling a plus); Mountain Time candidates strongly preferred
