About the role
T.D. Williamson seeks a Business Relationship Manager to drive adoption and value realization of digital products and AI solutions for customers and employees. The role focuses on onboarding, training, support, and change management to ensure successful product implementation.
What you’ll do
Own customer and employee readiness for digital products
Lead onboarding, adoption, and support for digital products
Collect feedback and drive value realization
Plan and coordinate early-adopter programs, pilots, and UAT
Manage support models, issue triage, and escalations
Influence product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer outcomes
What you’ll need
5+ years in customer success or customer-facing roles, with 2+ years front-line management
Experience in B2B SaaS customer success or solutions architecture
Strong understanding of digital product and SaaS delivery models
Ability to lead through influence across teams
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate with Director- and VP-level leaders
