About the role

What you’ll do

• Own strategy, development, and operation of AI-powered GTM tooling products
• Help AWS teams create, deliver, and improve sales plays and recommendations for field teams
• Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements and describe product features, technical designs, and strategy
• Recruit, hire, mentor/coach, and manage a team of software engineers

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 6+ years leading definition and development of multi-tier web services
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership, and in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing software engineers
