About the role
SeekNow is seeking a Product Director to define, build, and scale a new residential real estate product vertical within its property inspection and data platform, owning strategy, launches, cross-functional execution, and commercial performance.
What you’ll do
Define, build, and scale the real estate product vertical
Lead product strategy, launches, and cross-functional execution
Own commercial performance, P&L, revenue, and margin targets
Partner with Sales on discovery, win/loss, and positioning
Set pricing, build business cases, and manage unit economics
Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on analytics and model-driven products
What you’ll need
8-10+ years in Product Management with real estate tech, proptech, mortgage, field services, or operations-heavy domain experience
Track record taking products from discovery through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact
Ability to build products in ambiguous, early-stage environments
Proven leadership through influence across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and senior leadership
Client-facing experience translating enterprise feedback into product direction
Experience in regulated or technically complex domains; real estate or insurance preferred
