What you’ll need
Degree in a relevant field plus market research, analytics, or product management experience
At least 2 years of experience managing teams or projects in matrixed organizations
Pharmaceutical or biotechnology market research experience
Experience independently managing an AI-enabled tool or analytics product
Practical understanding of generative and agentic AI, prompts, retrieval, and output evaluation
Ability to connect research evidence to business questions and communicate to senior audiences
