What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, customer relationship management, customer success, service delivery, or related field
8+ years of experience in a management capacity
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Relevant certifications such as Certified Customer Experience Professional, PMP, Six Sigma, or Certified Customer Success Manager preferred
