About the role
Senior Director role leading commercial technology for Vertex's Kidney and Patient Services, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and driving delivery, operations, and AI adoption in a regulated biopharma environment.
What you’ll do
Lead execution and operationalization of commercial technology capabilities for Kidney and Patient Services.
Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps.
Lead delivery and operations of commercial platforms.
Enable AI and analytics adoption.
Coordinate teams, vendors, budgets, and governance in a regulated environment.
Support the North America Kidney Business Unit and Patient Services Program.
What you’ll need
Strong experience supporting US commercial and/or patient services functions in biopharma during launch phase.
Hands-on experience with commercial platforms including Salesforce CRM, Veeva, and digital engagement.
Working knowledge of data platforms and AI/analytics enablement.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex delivery portfolios in a matrixed, regulated environment.
Experience managing offshore or managed service delivery models.
12-15+ years of progressive technology experience with 5+ years in US Commercial/Patient Services domains.
