5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in site IT leadership in manufacturing
Hands-on technical skills with enterprise low-code and AI tooling (Power Platform, Copilot Studio)
Working IT/OT depth with MES/SCADA, plant networks, and IIoT
Cybersecurity knowledge including zero-trust and OT security
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
