About the role
Aloe Semiconductor is hiring a Product Manager to own strategy and execution for silicon photonics products targeting AI infrastructure and data center applications, working with engineering teams and partners from concept through launch.
What you’ll do
Drive development and commercialization of silicon photonics products
Own product strategy and execution from concept through launch
Translate customer and market needs into product requirements
Coordinate engineering teams and external partners
Develop datasheets, application notes, and technical presentations
Support product positioning, market analysis, and pricing strategy
What you’ll need
M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Solid understanding of silicon photonics, optical communications, or semiconductor technologies
Experience in market analysis, competitive research, and business case development
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing
Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience bringing technology products from concept through launch and customer deployment
