About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead the organization-wide Consolidations program from business case through customer migration
• Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives
• Manage dependencies and investment planning
• Keep teams aligned through delivery and launch
• Ensure alignment beyond the technical release across enterprise, technology, and business teams
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to team members and senior leadership

What you’ll need

• Experience in technical project or program management, technology delivery, technology operations, or a related field
• Experience coordinating multi-functional technology initiatives from planning through launch, including go-to-market, go-live, and post-launch support
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery across enterprise, technology, and business teams
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across technical and business organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; Jira and Confluence; PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification; and vendor management
