What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination; HS diploma or GED required
• 8+ years of project management, business analysis, or relevant work experience; 5+ years leading cross-functional efforts
• 3+ years of managerial experience or leading cross-functional work efforts; experience hiring, managing, and developing employees
• 5+ years of healthcare or PBM experience; 2+ years of consulting experience; Commercial and Government Programs PBM experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, work under strict timeframes and pressure, and drive organizational change
• Strong interpersonal communication, team leadership, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, problem solving, and analysis skills; must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
