What you’ll do
Onboard enterprise customers and ensure successful implementations
Configure customer environments
Develop and test AI prompts
Handle SQL-based data mapping and reporting
Lead UAT sessions and prioritize bugs
Channel customer feedback into product improvements
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience in fast-paced SaaS, LegalTech, or complex operations
Track record of leading customization-heavy system of record implementations
Proficiency in complex SQL queries for data mapping and reporting
Experience writing and iterating on AI prompts with foundational LLM understanding
Comfort with testing, iterating, and making quality decisions
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and building UAT scenarios
