About the role
Aquatech seeks an experienced Microelectronics Program Manager to drive execution of its global microelectronics strategy by turning business priorities into measurable results. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, establishes governance and reporting, and manages stakeholder agreements across a complex matrix organization.
What you’ll do
Coordinate internal cross-functional initiatives supporting the Microelectronics global strategy
Establish schedules, milestones, owners, KPIs, and measurable results
Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting systems, and governance processes
Manage stakeholder agreements on scope, responsibilities, interfaces, and deliverables
Drive accountability and disciplined action tracking across functions and regions
Support implementation of global operating models and organizational change
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
Significant experience in program management, business operations, engineering, or organizational transformation
Strong program- and project-management discipline
Demonstrated experience in complex matrix organizations
Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, water treatment, or industrial technology preferred
