Design and implement the org's operating model
Set launch frameworks and readiness standards across Product and GTM
Define product metrics and data strategy with data teams
What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or business operations
Track record of starting high-impact operations initiatives yourself
Experience building customer insight systems that influence product prioritization
Experience setting launch frameworks and readiness standards across Product and GTM
Experience defining product metrics and data strategy with data teams
Systems thinking and ability to influence senior leaders and mentor others
