About the role

What you’ll do

• Own analysis, implementation, lifecycle management, and support of non-ERP business applications
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders and vendors to evaluate solutions
• Lead application implementations and enhancements
• Ensure applications meet business needs and enterprise standards
• Manage vendors, software licensing, support agreements, renewals, and external implementation resources
• Apply project management across scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and status communication

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application management, or a related role
• Experience leading application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements through requirements, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization
• Strong project management skills including scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and status communication
• Experience evaluating software solutions and vendors, developing business cases, and performing fit-gap analysis
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, integrations, data flows, access design, testing, change control, and application support, plus working knowledge of ServiceNow, APIs, SSO/identity, reporting/analytics, and cloud/SaaS applications
