Design and execute research programs (quantitative and qualitative)
Support growth/value proposition work through evidence-based proof points
What you’ll need
8+ years in insights, research, analytics, VoC, strategy, or related functions
Demonstrated ability to design and execute research programs (quantitative and qualitative)
Strong analytical capability synthesizing data into clear business recommendations
Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority
Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and facilitation skills
Familiarity with experience measurement frameworks (OSAT/NPS/EoDB) preferred
